Corporate explainer animations

Kunststoff created a series of animations for Essent to communicate certain information to the customer. The themes were about determining the best moment to purchase electricity and gas for corporate customers. The animations explains which factors determine the price and when it is likely that the electricity and gas will rise or fall.
The other animations are explanation animations for corporate clients. Those animations illustrates two complex terms, such as collective heating and residential function.

My role was to take the creative lead. I was responsible for the overall illustration style, storyboard and animation.
The chosen colors are minimalistic based on the color palette of the corporate identity of Essent. Only a few extra colors have been used for small details such as green for the trees and grass, yellow for the sun and gray for buildings. This way, the style remains very recognizable and true to the corporate identity of Essent.
